Description

Replace timber and uPVC glazing with reproduction timber sash windows facing the street, and aluminium powder coated glazing to the side and rear. Introduce a painted timber gate to the side passage. Replace concrete tiles to the bay window with artificial slate/lead installation. Strip non-original paint from brickwork to front elevation and refurbish substrate. Introduce 3no. rooflights to top roof slope rear.
