Non-Material Amendment pursuant to 17/AP/2777 [Demolition of the existing school dining block building to create a larger and more open school play space; Creation of 1no. new external door opening (where currently a window) to provide access for Year 1 pupils to the playground; A new door opening to provide access from the playground to toilets; A new external lift shaft to provide access from the ground floor to the third floor; Boundary wall refurbishment and replacement of existing mesh security fence; Landscaping works to provide new planting, a MUGA pitch, reception play area and an overhaul of the existing playground surface; Internal reconfiguration to provide accessible toilets on each floor level, minor amendment to existing partitions and the installation of a reheat kitchen at first floor level]:to increase the size of two louvres to the kitchen on the north-west elevation.
