Non-material amendment to planning permission ref: 23/AP/2950 dated 28.03.2024 for 'Variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) pursuant to planning permission ref. no. 20/AP/1931: Construction of a two-storey rear extension at ground and first floor levels and a mansard roof extension.Variation sought: An additional window to the side elevation, change in material from render to brick, refurbishment of window on front elevation, relocation of the two roof lights to the rear roof slope, instalment of air source heat pump and the replacement of cycle storage with a water collection butt'. The following amendments are now proposed:- the omission of roof light on the rear elevation, a change in design of the roof light on the ground floor and a revised second floor layout.
