Variation of Condition 1 (Approved plans) of planning permission 20/AP/1836 dated 01/09/2020 (Removal of existing hip end roof and creation of an additional storey incorporating three storey extensions to both sides of the existing building and elevational alterations in order to create two 1 bedroom flats.)
