Description

Variation of Condition 1 (Approved plans) pursuant to planning permission 24/AP/0229 dated 08/03/2024 (Construction of a rear roof L-shaped dormer extension with roof terrace over the existing rear roof planes to provide additional residential accommodation. Installation of 2no. new rooflights to front roof slope, and Juliette balcony on the roof dormer rear elevation.) Amendments include:- Alterations to materials, including changing external finish of L-shaped dormer from metal/zinc cladding to Eternit vertical slates and the roof terrace balustrade from perforated metal to slatted timber;- Alterations to fenestration of L-shaped dormer, including changing Juliet balcony to fixed window, removing side window and changing design of rear doors to roof terrace; - Alterations to size and position of rooflights to front roof slope and L-shaped dormer roof; and- Increase in height of roof terrace balustrade.
