Variation of Conditions 1 (Approved Plans) and 4 (Method Statement and Schedule of Works) pursuant to planning permission 23/AP/1855 dated 14/11/2024 for 'Listed Building Consent: Demolition of rear extension at 3-7 Stamford Street together with removal of roof-level plant and modern elements at 1 and 3-7 Stamford Street; internal and external renovation and alterations throughout including replacement of windows, works to connect the listed buildings including a ground floor glazed infill between the buildings and all other associated and ancillary works'. The amendments include the following:-change of use from public house and workspace (mixed use) to public house (single use)-minor interior amendments to stair/lift lobbies, bathrooms, and access points (to accommodate change of use) -method statement/schedule of works condition (4) to no longer refer to 2 Stamford Street (not part of site)
