Description

5 Day Notification to remove two dead trees located in the rear garden. The trees are self seeded and of small stature and so do not contribute to overall site amenity. The applicant requests that the council resolve not to request replacement planting due to the small size of the garden and nearby large mature trees of higher amenity. Approvals by the Dulwich Estate are separate from and do not necessarily need to accord with permissions of the LPA. Replacement planting may be required under a Scheme of Management Licence.
