Description

Non material amendment to planning permission ref. 23/AP/2124 (for the redevelopment of the Biscuit Factory and Campus Site). The amendments sought include changes to the approved drawings for Building F such as:- Amendments to ground floor plant rooms, and to the lobbies for commercial and retail spaces to accommodate updated fire strategy and plant requirements.- Amendment to the ground floor and first floor commercial and office layouts, including addition of a retail unit to the south-west corner (showing details proposed for condition 72 in ref. 24/AP/3798), and revisions to the double height space.- Reduction in skylight number from 8no. 5m x 5m skylights to 6no. 3.5m x 3.5m skylights at level 02. - Amendments to the residential unit layouts. - Addition of smoke extracts and smoke shafts, with extract units located at level 06 amenity terrace.- Updates to stair/lift cores (including those on Clements Road) and plant enclosures to reduce the heights. - Reduction in balustrade heights to the terraces across the scheme from 1.50m to 1.25m.- Reduction in building height across the scheme from 41.04m to 39.28m with associated revisions to floor levels. - Update to the position of windows to reflect internal layout adjustments.- Setting back the central roof top from the southern façade to reflect the design revisions required by condition 89 (proposed in ref. 25/AP/0037).- Elevation amendments to increase the extent of brickwork to the lower floors to reflect the revisions required by condition 89 (proposed in ref. 25/AP/0037).
