Details of condition 3 (Internal sound transfer) as required by decision ref. 24/AP/1485 dated 24/09/2024 for 'Non material amendments to permission ref. 19/AP/1244: 'Application for the approval of reserved matters (layout) for Plot H3 within Elephant Park for changes to the ground floor uses and arrangement to incorporate the amalgamation of two flexible retail units on Walworth Road and the addition of flexible retail/non-residential institution use (Class A1-A5/D1) to the development approved by Reserved Matters Application ref. 14/AP/3439 (Application for the approval of reserved matters (access, scale, appearance, layout and landscaping) for Plot H3 within Elephant Park (previously referred to as the Heygate Masterplan), submitted pursuant to the Outline Planning Permission (ref: 12/AP/1092). The proposals comprise the construction of a development plot ranging between 5 and 19 storeys in height (max height 67.5m AOD), comprising 228 residential units, 2,389 sqm (GEA) of flexible retail (A1-A5) uses, cycle storage, servicing, plant areas, new landscaping, new public realm and other associated works'. The proposed amendments include amending condition 1 to add assembly and leisure use (Class D2) into the permitted land uses for Units 1-4 Plot H3, resulting in a flexible A1-A5, D2 use for these units'.
