Description

Refurbishment of existing arches with works including:Replacement of existing front and rear windows. Installation of new electric roller shutter door and steel door to front elevation. Infill of existing front window. Replacement of existing rear arch infill spandrel unit. Demolition of western portion of rear lean-to and installation of new electric roller shutter door with matching brickwork infill. Replacement of existing palisade fence to western end of rear lean-to with steel palisade gate leading into a newly established open-yard.
