Non-material Amendment submitted under s96a of the TCPA 1990 to Outline planning permission (OPP) 21/AP/2655 for a commercial masterplan redevelopment at CWD. The non material amendment seeks to allow - Permanent works associated with the delivery of the British Land Canada Water Masterplan which will comprise Break out of hard landscaping to allow for the excavation of and exposure of existing utilities.
