T1. Yew Tree. 3 metres in height, Reduce down by half establishing the tree to approximately 1.5 metres. Yew tree is creating an opaque garden causing plants and flowers to die. Situated on the right hand side of building in the front garden. T2. Viburnum Shrub. Approximately 1-2 metres in height. Fell as it is makes the garden look untidy due to abscission on the plant scattering around the side of the building. Situated on the right hand side of the building approximately 3-4 metres away from T1. T3. Beech Tree. Approximately 6-8 metres in height. Trim back to boundary fence line to reveal street sign and to allow people to use to use the foot path comfortably. Situated at the drive in entrance of building, next to the garages.T4. Plum Tree. Approximately 6 metres in height. Reduce and reshape tree as it is blocking a lot of natural sunlight and making the garden very dark.
