As per arborial assessment (259622 2023-05-04 Tree report) two trees:T2 (false acacia) and T3 (Honey Locust) trees in front garden of 53 Alleyn Road, SE218AD require crown reduction as they have been identified as potentially contributing to subsidence of the property. There is also deadwood in the crown of T3. Proposed works for both - as advised by LPA Urban Forester, following a previous request to fell: T1 Robinia: 30% Crown Reduction, in accordance with Hortlink 212, BRE IP7/06. equating to a 3m reduction in all aspects.T2 Honey locust: 30% Crown Reduction, in accordance with Hortlink 212, BRE IP7/06. equating to a 2m reduction in all aspects.
