Description

Retrospective listed building consent for the Installation of air source heat pumps within individual dwellings (flats) including the installation of the external units. Each flat will have an independent heating system. The installation of insulation and 4 ASHP systems, each consisting of one external and one internal unit per dwelling. No alterations to the building structure or grounds will take place beyond the installation of the external ASHP units.The external units to be installed include:- 2 No. ERGA 11: Dimensions 1100mm x 840mm x 4660mm- 2 No. ERLA 14: Dimensions 1100mm x 870mm x 460mmWorks to include associated external trunking, cable trays and switches.The internal units will be located within the dwellings, while the external units will beplaced as follows:- Ground floor: Left hand side of rear garden.- Ground floor: Right hand side of rear garden.(AMMENDED DESCRIPTION)
