Non-material amendment to planning permission ref. 19/AP/1322 (as amended by 20/AP/3647 and 22/AP/3902), which gave consent for: "Demolition of existing building and redevelopment of the site to provide a new building of up to 13 and 21 storeys in height (maximum height 73.60m above ground level). Redevelopment to comprise 171 residential units (Class C3), a 1,778 sqm (GIA) retail unit (Class A1) and a 52 sqm (GIA) flexible retail unit (Class A1/A3), with associated landscaping, car parking, servicing, refuse and plant areas, and all ancillary or associated works". The amendments sought by 24/AP/2753 include: - Fenestration updates to the south elevation to align with the supermarket detail design layout; - Residential cycle stands outside supermarket entrance relocation; - Car parking layout updates to include loading area and larger car parking bays; - Inclusion of external electrical switch room alongside substation; - Inclusion of Local Artist mural design to internal walls facing Old Kent Road; and - Inclusion of supermarket external plant on supermarket warehouse roof and amendment to the wording of condition 30 to require post-installation validation test and compliance with approved noise assessment report.
