Details of Condition 5- Landscape Management Plan as required by planning permission 24/AP/1196 dated 26/07/2024 for Refurbishment works to the existing offices at 11-19 St Thomas Street. Removal of existing plant to the rear elevation, and installation of 7 AC Units at first floor on the flat roof to the rear extenison. Installation to a green wall to rear boundary wall. Replacement of existing lighting to the entrance doors with new LED lights. Removal of the existing modern parking gate and bollards which and replacement with wrought iron gate. Installation of Sheffield bike stands to the front courtyard and secure bike storage to the rear (Revised Description).
