Non material amendment of planning permission ref. no. 24/AP/1593 'Replacement of existing double glazed timber windows and French private doors with double glazed uPVC units with a foil wrap to match the existing colour. Replacement of front and rear communal entrance and exit doors with a steel portcullis door.' NMA sought: 1) Changes to the design of the proposed private entrance doors including removing a section of glazing and 2) Changes to the facing material of proposed private entrance doors from composite to timber.
