Non-material amendments to planning permission ref. 23/AP/2124 (for the redevelopment of the Biscuit Factory and Campus Site). The amendments sought include changes to the approved drawings for Building ST such as:- ST: revisions to internal layouts to ground, mezzanine and tower floorplans, revisions to facades, reveals, brick piers and crown, revised brickwork, replacing glazed spandrels with precast cladding panels, removal of first floor amenity room, additional ventilation louvres in the mezzanine, removal of BMU system from roof, reduced lift overruns and removal of plant screening.- site-wide: updates to associated site-wide use quantums and amenity space.
