Details of condition 10 (Biodiverse Roof) as required by planning permission ref. 20/AP/2792 dated 10/02/2021 for 'Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) pursuant to 18/AP/0928 [Demolition of existing buildings and structures and erection of a new part 3, 4 and 5 storey building to provide three retail units (flexible A1/A2 use) at part ground floor and 24 residential units (C3 use) at part ground floor and on the upper floors, including the provision of secure cycle parking facilities, bin stores and communal amenity space (revised application).
