Non-material amendment to planning permission 23/AP/0352 granted on 20/06/2023 for: (Increase in height of forecourt, the use of the flat roof as a terrace, and the construction of lightwells and landscaping) to carry out the following:-Revise the approved location of the lightwells on level 0 (i.e. ground floor), -Identify stairwell on the east elevation of the approved roof garden and-Provision of a pedestrian access path, which is elevated, from the approved staircase on the north of the elevated roof garden, over the permitted void.
