Details of Condition 6 -Construction Environment Management Plan (CEMP) as required by planning 23/AP/2108 dated 14/09/2023 forPrior to the commencement of works, the applicant must provide the local planning authority with a Construction Environment Management Plan which address how effects of construction on the environment will be avoided,minimised or mitigated and how construction using public highways can be safely accomplished, how vehicular movements will be minimised and controlled to reduce danger to vulnerable road users along with details of hours of operation and how any adverse impact of noise, dust, and vibration on occupiers of the building and adjoining owners or occupiers will be mitigated.
