Description

Non-material amendments to planning permission ref. 23/AP/2124 (for the redevelopment of the Biscuit Factory and Campus Site). The amendments sought include changes to the approved drawings for Buildings 1-4 and 5 such as:- 1-4: revised internal areas and use classes quantum, additional of a retail unit in north-west corner, reduction in 2 habitable rooms, revised ground floor finish levels, omission of first floor amenity room, revised residential ceiling heights, increased lift overrun heights in metal cladding, revised façade detailing, revised roof layout with plant and PV. - 5: revisions to internal layouts, roof plan (removal of pergola, adjustments to plant), revised facade material (from GRC to brick), facade details including to ground floor curtain walling and doors.- site-wide: updates to associated site-wide use quantums, amenity space and residential unit details.
