Installation of solar panels on the roof at 33-38 Rushworth Street and 1-7 King's Bench Street, and external alterations.'' NMA sought: To amend condition 7 (Plant Noise) to replace wording which reads "... the Specific plant sound level shall be 10dB(A) or more below the background sound level in this location. For the purposes of this condition the Background, Rating and Specific Sound levels shall be calculated fully in accordance with the methodology of BS4142:2014+A1:2019" to "...the Specific plant sound level shall not exceed 36 dBA at the nearest noise-sensitive premises during daytime hours (07:00-23:00) and 30 dBA during night-time hours (23:00-07:00). For the purposes of this condition the Background, Rating and Specific Sound levels shall be calculated fully in accordance with the methodology of BS4142:2014+A1:2019. "
