Details of Condition 2 'Fire Safety Strategy' required by planning permission ref no. 22/AP/4334 'Minor material amendment of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) to planning permission ref. no. 20/AP/3101: Construction of a new 8 storey hospital building (C2) 41 metres AOD, alterations to existing access arrangements and public realm works.The proposed amendments are:- Reconfiguration of each floor - Reduction of overall GEA- Change windows to angled bays- White wall to east elevation- GRC Natural Concrete Panels and Perforated Metal rainscreen cladding to south elevation- GRC Natural Concrete Panels, Perforated Metal rainscreen and curtain glazing to west elevation- GRC Natural Concrete Panels, Perforated Metal rainscreen and structural glazing to north elevation- Changes to design to meet to meet fire requirements and the clinical brief.'
