Work to a tree with a TPO: Horse Chestnut Tree (T1) - Crown reduce an 8m tree by 1m to leave a 7m tree and reduce 4.5m lateral growth by 1m to leave 3.5m on all compass points. Remove trunk growth up to main crown break. Remove dead stem on house side.Reasons - Tree has put on a growth spurt and is now overgrown, neighbours house has had previous subsidence and the reduction will help to control the trees root system and moisture up take.
