(If granted the effect will be to allow use of the forecourt on a Sunday).The changes sought are as follows: "The rear garden of the premises shall not be used for customer seating outside the following times: 09:00 to 21:00 Monday to Saturday and 10:00 to 18:00 on Sunday and the private forecourt at the front of the premises shall not be used for customer seating outside of the hours od 09:00 to 22:00 Monday to Saturday and 10:00 to 18:00 on Sunday.
