Variation of condition 3 pursuant to planning permission 14/AP/3715: Variation of condition 4 of planning permission dated 09/10/1995 [ref.95/00255] "for the continued use of the ground floor as a café/restaurant, including use of rear garden as a sitting area, and erection of ventilation ducting"The Condition currently reads "The rear garden and the private forecourt immediately in front of the premises shall not be used for customer seating outside the following times: 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Saturday and at no times on Sundays", it is proposed to replace this condition with one worded "The rear garden of the premises shall not be used for customer seating outside the following times: 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Saturday and at no times on Sundays and the private forecourt at the front of the premises shall not be used for customer seating outside of the hours of 09:00 to 18:00." (If granted the effect will be to allow use of the forecourt on a Sunday).The changes sought are as follows: "The rear garden of the premises shall not be used for customer seating outside the following times: 09:00 to 21:00 Monday to Saturday and 10:00 to 18:00 on Sunday and the private forecourt at the front of the premises shall not be used for customer seating outside of the hours od 09:00 to 22:00 Monday to Saturday and 10:00 to 18:00 on Sunday.
