Description

Non-material amendment to planning application 20/AP/0504 for: "Change of use from Use Class D1 (place of worship) to Use Class B8 (storage and distribution) and partial demolition and extension of the existing self-storage facility to provide additional Use Class B8 (storage and distribution) floorspace with car and cycle parking, refuse storage and other associated works ancillary to the development)". The amendment seeks to change the wording of Condition 18 'BREEAM' so that the trigger is postponed from "within 6 months of first occupation" to "within 18 months of first occupation".
