Details of Condition 3- Method statements and design of internal and external scaffolding and temporary roof for planning application 24/AP/0380 dated 05/04/2024 for Replace existing roof slates and nonpermeable bituminous underlay with vapour permeable membrane and new natural Canadian Glendyne blue/grey slats to closely match original slates. Red clay ridge tiles and hip tiles to be removed and rebedded. Inspect, repair as required leadwork to box gutters, aprons and flashings. Repair and replace as required fascia boards in timber to match existing, all painted in weathershield external system in black.Repair and replace as required existing UPVC gutters, hopper and donwpipes.Repoint chimney stacks as required. (including details of all fixings into historic fabric and protection at building interfaces) shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing; the development shall not be carried out otherwise than in accordance with any such approval given.
