Non-material amendment pursuant to 23/AP/1519 [Variation of Condition 1 'Approved Plans' and Variation of Conditions 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of planning permission ref. no. 21/AP/2415: Demolition of existing two-storey dwelling house and replacement with a new three-storey dwelling house with terraces to the first floor and roof, complete with associated landscaping, cycle parking and refuse storage. This application seeks the following: Change to Condition 1, in respect of changes to roof parapet, party wall, window and door openings, use of white brick and landscaping.
