Non-material amendment of planning permission ref. 21/AP/1109: 'Ground floor side and rear extension and first floor rear extension' Changes sought:1) Change of Roof Structure:The roof of the side return extension has been amended from a flat roof to a pitched roof2) Adjustment of Roof Window Lights:The proposed roof window lights of the extension will remain the same size and position but will now be pitched to match the new roof structure.3) Rear material:The material used for the rear of the extension has been amended to be bricks matching the rest of the house.4) Modification of Rear Window Shape:The shape of the rear window will be altered to extend all the way to the top of the pitched roof.5) Removal of the side windows:Removal of the side windows at the back for the extension
