Description

Tree Works: to carry out tree surgery, including a lateral reduction (reducing to natural branch breaks or by drop crotching to maintain form) by 2m from the sides, to one Sycamore, once, every 2 to 3 years, for a period not exceeding 6 years. Equating to 3 cutting cycles. A further consent is required July 2030.The tree is already very large for this garden, but has much growing to do. The proposed works will contain the size of the tree. As per section 17/2/d of the Town and Country Planning (Tree Preservation) (England) Regulations 2012, it is requested that a condition is added to allow the tree to be re-pruned every 2-3 years, (for a period not exceeding 6 years) back to the pruning points that will be created.
