Non-material amendment pursuant to 07/AP/1262 [The erection of six residential buildings providing 587 residential units and 275m² of flexible Class A/B1 floorspace at ground floor level along Chambers Street; 203m² of Class D1 floorspace along Llewellyn Street; basement parking; service and access roads, works of hard and soft landscaping together with other works incidental to the application.]. The amendment seeks to make the following changes: - Changes to façade design and composition of all buildings to meet updated fire regulations and energy and sustainability standards as well as addressing overheating - Slight adjustments to the buildings footprint and form- Increasing the size of units and internal standards which results in a reduction of unit numbers from 407 to 384 units - A change in unit size mix- The re-organisation of building cores, additional staircase and inclusion of additional fire safety features- Changing winter gardens to a mix of winter gardens and balconies and increased provision of private amenity space for all units- Increase in building heights (between 3.9 and 4.9 metres) and the addition of plant, smoke, risers and smoke vents on the roof of buildings - New residential amenity facilities in Buildings A, C and D- Revised landscaping and play space - A reduction in commercial floor space by 113sqm- Revised energy strategy- Amendment to basement layout
