Partial discharge of Condition 3 'iv - Insulation' required by Listed Building Consent 23/AP/1820: Replacement of modern roof covering at 44 Grange Road. Roof will be stripped, damaged timber repaired/replaced, and a new breathable membrane installed to existing roof profiles. Roof profile will be clad with natural slates. Box gutters and lead work will be replaced as required.
