Request for an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Scoping Opinion pursuant to Section 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations (as amended) 2017 in respect of the Applicant's forthcoming detailed planning application for: demolition of the existing building on-site and the construction of a major mixed-use development comprising of four buildings ranging in height up to 32 storeys. It is anticipated to comprise of the delivery of between 230-240 high-quality affordable housing (Class C3) homes and well as the delivery of up to 1,500 student accommodation units (Sui Generis).
