REVISED SPECIFICATION agreed via email 01.07.2024:T1: Oak: Hortlink compliant pruning equating to a 4m reduction in height, reducing 16m tree to 12m, a 6m lateral reduction, leaving an overall 14m crown spread, 30% thin of new growth and deadwood. The proposal is to undertake works deemed so far as may be necessary for the prevention or abatement of a nuisance. All works to BS:3998:2010. The tree should be maintained at these dimensions on a 2 to 3 year basis.
