Non-Material Amendment for full planning application 22/AP/1002 dated 20/01/2023 for Refurbishment and change of use of existing hostels to create 13 Self-contained flats for social rent, including associated landscaping works, cycle parking and bin storagePropose 4 minor changes. These are detailed on drawings NMA 01 and NMA 02 which are appended to this application. The changes are as follows:1) Existing external aluminium doorsets and window screens to TMO Community Hall to be replaced like-for-like.2) Existing derelict plant rooms to be demolished. 3) Main entrance door set and side screens to be relocated and set back by 990mm, in-line with the original external wall. 4) Existing Masonry wall adjacent to main entrance to be partially demolished to reduce overall length by 675mm.
