Details of Condition 3 (Air Source Heat Pump details) pursuant to planning permission ref. 23/AP/3110 - Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) in relation to planning permission 20/AP/0269 dated 15/03/2021 for 'Construction of a twelve storey and a five storey affordable residential development of 49 new units (class C3), with associated parking, cycle parking, refuse stores, amenity and new landscaping to Rennie Estate'. The amendments include the following: removal and relocation of ASHP plant on Block A (twelve storey building) to a ASHP centralised system on Block B ( five storey building). Existing condition to reflect changes proposed, mainly centralised ASHPs system to be housed on the block B roof with acoustic enclosure, serving both blocks A & B. Removal of ASHPs from block A.
