Variation of condition 1 (Approved Plans) pursuant to planning application ref. no. 21/AP/1123: Demolition of an existing brick building of two floors height and erection of 7 storey mixed use building comprising 187.2 m² of commercial floorspace for flexible use (either Use Class E, Class F and a wine bar or drinking establishment/pub (sui generis) with 9 x residential units comprising 5 x 2 bedroom and 4 x 1 apartments on the upper floors.The variation seeks to alter the wording of condition 1 to add the following: The proposed scheme is to comprise a phased development with phase 1 comprising demolition of the existing buildings on site and any below ground works with phase 2 comprising all above ground works.
