Request for an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Scoping Opinion pursuant to Section 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations (as amended) 2017 in respect of the Applicant's forthcoming detailed planning application for: Demolition of all existing structures on-site and construction of a mixed-use life science and office scheme with replacement pub, café and community floorspace and associated landscaping and public realm works.
