Non-material amendment to planning permission 10/AP/3764 dated 2nd September 2011 for 'Variation of Condition 3 on planning permission 09-AP-2371 dated 17/2/2010 (which itself varied an earlier permission and provided for continued use of part of the ground floor for consulting, teaching, and treatment rooms and associated offices (D1 Use Class) by The British School Of Osteopathy but allowing this to revert to the previous lawful use (Class B1) if the British School of Osteopathy vacate the premises) to extend the operating hours from 6:30am to 8:30pm on Monday to Fridays and at no time on Saturdays and Sundays, as previously, to 7:30am to 9:00pm Monday to Fridays, 8:30am to 5:00pm on Saturdays and 10:00am to 4:00pm on Sundays'. The amendments include: Removing any references to personal planning permissions in the description of development and conditions 4 and 5; Replace references to former class D1 with E(e) for the continued provision of medical and health services; Replace references to Class B1 with E(g) in relation of office use to be reverted to; Replace references to former class D1 with F1(a) for the continued provision of education; Reinstall references to the educational and training use that were previously approved; Rationalise description of development from historic s.73 application (i.e 10/AP/3764).
