Pollard at approximately 2.5m above ground level.T2. A Magnolia tree approximately 6m in height, situated in the front garden. The tree is a little dense. Crown thin by 15% including the removal of dead wood, base growth and necessary re-shaping. The height and basic shape should be retained.
