Description

Variation of Condition 1 (Approved plans) pursuant to planning permission 23/AP/1789 dated 08.11.2023 (Construction of rear dormer extension with a Juliet balcony to provide additional living accommodation, together with the installation of three rooflights on the front roof slope, the installation of an air source heat pump to the side of the property and alterations to the existing windows and doors to the rear and side of the property.). The proposed variations include: change sliding doors to larger bi-folding doors and extend step below; increase width of rear dormer to remove gap with adjacent dormer; change window configuration of Juliet balcony from three panes to sliding doors with glass balustrade; replace existing uPVC framed windows with matching uPVC framed windows; and change aluminium timber frames to ground floor side and rear windows to uPVC frames to match existing and ground floor side windows from fixed to top hung casements.
