Non-material amendment pursuant to planning permission 21/AP/4199 dated 24/10/2022 'Construction of a new roof terrace to serve the existing offices with privacy screening, composite decking and terraced seating, external balustrade and lighting.' The proposed amendments include: a reduction in the area of roof terrace and replacing a section of tiered seating with a 2.1m high screen; removal of top seat of tiered seating and associated reduction in height of screen to tiered seating; increase in height of balustrade to perimeter of roof terrace and increase in height of finished floor level.
