Partial discharge of Condition 8b 'Construction and Environmental Management Plan' in relation to piling works for Building DE only as required by planning permission ref: 23/AP/2124 (Demolition, alterations and extension of existing buildings and erectionof new buildings comprising a mixed-use scheme including providingnew dwellings (Class C3), flexible Class A1/A3/A4/B1/D1/D2, flexiblemulti-use Class A1/A3/A4/D1 floorspace within retained Block BF-F,and a new secondary school.
