Description

Non-material amendment pursuant to 18/AP/1604 Hybrid application seeking detailed planning permission for Phase 1 and Outline Planning Permission for future phases for the comprehensive redevelopment of the Canada Water Masterplan. The following amendments sought to Plot A2 - Installation of an all-electric system for the office use. Revised Energy Strategy submitted. - Amendments to 4 panes of glazing on the north elevation at ground floor level. Leisure Centre reception have been replaced with smoke extract louvres. The smoke extract louvres would only be utilised in the event of a fire in either the sports hall or wet change.- Changes to dimensions/design of doors at ground floor on south, east and west elevations;- Change to UKPN room door dimensions on south elevation;- Metal spandrel added to corner of north elevation;- Terracotta facade changed to colour matched metal cladding on southern elevation;- Double leaf doors on east elevation revised to single leaf opening with fixed side panel;- Roof plant at level 04 has increased to accommodate two additional air source heat pumps. There has been no change to overall massing as the level 04 office accommodation has decreased. The extent of the slatted plant screen has increased.- The riser overrun has been extended to accommodate additional services required for the Gas to Electric change. There has been no change to the overall massing.- T-features on level 05 have been extended on the west elevation.- Leisure centre canaopy signage revised in style
