Description

Partial discharge of Condition 4 - Method Statement for scaffolding, tree protection and restoration of historic fabric as required by planning permission 23/AP/1820 dated 14/01/2024 for replacement of modern roof covering at 44 Grange Road. Roof will be stripped, damaged timber repaired/replaced, and a new breathable membrane installed to existing roof profiles. Roof profile will be clad with natural slates. Box gutters and lead work will be replaced as required.
