Non-material amendment pursuant to planning permission ref: 21/AP/0960 "Minor material amendment to planning permission 19/AP/1173 (Construction of a seven storey extension to the rear (from ground to sixth floor- the ground floor being an under croft) and two additional storeys with terraces to the existing five storey building for the retention of A1 (retail) on the ground floor and increased B1 (office) floorspace on the upper floors to create a seven storey building across the footprint of the whole site.) Changes include:- Construction of a single storey extension at ground floor level to the rear;- New wall at ground floor level to the west and north elevation;- Raised cil level at 6th floor;- Fenestration changes, including additional windows to the east elevation at ground floor level;- Changes to the tower design, removal of glazed corner cube;- Revised plant configuration at roof level;- New staircore, lift overrun and smoke extract at roof level;- Areas at roof reserved for photovoltaics and green roof;- Creation of a new basement level to accommodate a new sprinkler tank/plant."The amendment seeks to replace approved drawings to allow for changes to windows and doors, and creation of a new basement access from the courtyard.
