Demolition of the existing shed and construction of a new shed building and bike store to the side. Facade alterations to replace the existing windows and cladding. Renovation of the existing porch/garage to include a new roof, cladding and glazing. Installation of two rooflights to the rear roof slope. Boundary alterations to continue the existing hit and miss brick wall. The amendments sought by this application are: A reduction in the width rear ground floor extension, the material of the flat roof will be changed, the installation of two rooflights and a reduction of the proposed patio.
