Variation of Condition 1 'Approved Plans' of planning permission 22/AP/2987 'Construction of a single storey rear extension with integrated canopy. Demolition of the existing shed and construction of a new shed building and bike store to the side. Facade alterations to replace the existing windows and cladding. Renovation of the existing porch/garage to include a new roof, cladding and glazing. Installation of two rooflights to the rear roof slope. Boundary alterations to continue the existing hit and miss brick wall. Excavation works to create a lower patio level linking the new shed building to the main house and minor landscaping works to reform the front and rear gardens.' The amendments sought by this application are: A reduction in the width rear ground floor extension, the material of the flat roof will be changed, the installation of two rooflights and a reduction of the proposed patio.
