Description

Change the existing external ground floor use from sui generis to Use Class E (b) Sale of food and drink for consumption (mostly) on the premises. Provision of an outdoor seating area with improvements to the public realm to include resurfacing to match proposals by the Dulwich Estate and the installation of bench seating around one street tree and new external planters within the boundary of the site. Installation of external lights operating at night-time hours between 4pm (winter) , 7pm (Summer) to 10pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 11pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday and 9pm Sunday, plus wall mounted heaters.
