External facade below existing soffit to be refurbished with new cladding and signage. New paving and landscaping to the east of the building, with integrated bench seating and planting that wraps around the building line. A wire trellis feature along with the refurbishment of the existing soffit with new coffer lighting within the soffit and around the columns at high level.
